2 Job Description:

The Home Care Nurse is responsible for assessing patients’ health conditions, administering medications, providing wound care, and assisting with daily activities. They play a crucial role in educating patients and their families about disease management, hygiene, and rehabilitation. This position requires excellent communication, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently while following a care plan designed by healthcare professionals.

3 Responsibilities:

  • CAdminister medications, injections, and IV therapy as prescribed.
  • Monitor patients’ vital signs and overall health condition.
  • Provide wound care, dressing changes, and pain management.
  • Assist with personal hygiene, mobility support, and daily living activities.
  • Educate patients and families on post-treatment care, nutrition, and preventive health measures.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and report any changes to physicians.
  • Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and family members for coordinated care.
  • Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for the patient at home.

4 Required Skills:

  • Valid nursing license and relevant healthcare certifications.
  • Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
